1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ComfyNote, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Free Trial

The Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access. After the trial period ends, you will be billed $4.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you selected yearly billing, the yearly price is calculated as monthly price × 10.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the 30-day trial.

3. Early-Bird Reservations

Early-bird reservations for Pro and Ultra plans are non-monetary commitments. By reserving, you lock in a 20% discount that will apply when the plan launches. We do not guarantee a specific launch date. Reservations may be cancelled at any time without penalty.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use ComfyNote for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

5. Workspaces and Sharing

You may create up to 5 workspaces and invite up to 10 members per workspace under the Starter plan. You are responsible for the content shared in your workspaces and for the actions of members you invite.

6. AI Features and Usage Limits

ComfyNote includes AI-powered features (Organize, Edit, Transcribe, OCR) that use third-party AI services (OpenAI). By using these features, you acknowledge that your content may be processed by these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Starter Plan AI Limits (per day, reset at midnight Manila time/UTC+8):

  • Text operations (Organize/Edit): 1,000,000 tokens per day
  • Audio transcription: 30 minutes total
  • OCR (image to text): 15 images

If you exceed your daily limits, AI features will be temporarily unavailable until the next reset. Abuse or attempts to circumvent limits may result in service restrictions or account termination.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of ComfyNote is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and use industry-standard practices to protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

ComfyNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
